Refund & Exchange Policy
Please note that at the current time and as a result of COVID 19 we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any item purchased. Thus, all items purchased from March 15th 2020 onwards are deemed to be final sale.
We will consider exchanges on a case by case basis (ie. damaged pieces) - please send an email to email@example.com. An email or record of the damage must be received within 5 days of receipt of the product to be considered for a return.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your returned items to be refunded and reflected on your method of payment.

If goods are marked as a gift, please make sure to include the correct recipient address in your shipping details. Gift certificates are also available for purchase. To redeem your gift certificate, please contact us directly to place your order.
Customers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 days from the date of which they have received their Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision via email.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the date of which we receive your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you
used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
